Background
Donal spent the first 10 years of his career working in finance including training with Deloitte. Subsequently, he moved into management consultancy and led large scale digital and business transformation programmes in large multinationals across the Utilities, Manufacturing, Transport, Health and Technology Sector. Alongside, Donal has been involved in a number of community projects and starts up in sustainability and energy sector.
He is highly regarded for his ability to work collaboratively, navigate stakeholders, hurdles, work at pace and scale while delivering complex projects on time and to customers’ satisfaction.
Specialist Skills
Donal is an experienced programme director and an expert in strategy, finance and transformation. His consultancy career has predominately involved working closely with senior engineering leaders and teams improving operational and financial metrics.
He specialises in developing and executing business strategy, designing and implementing operational excellence initiatives, and driving sustainable change in organisations. He has a unique ability to translate and mobilise business problems into practical and innovative solutions, make them normal practice and deliver breakthrough results fast.
